Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Brit Hutchings Creative. Because our products and services are digital in nature, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases made through Brit Hutchings Creative are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

eBooks and playbooks
Canva templates
Digital planners
Workbooks
Guides and checklists
Courses and trainings
Digital bundles
Social media templates
Pinterest templates
Marketing resources
Downloadable files
PLR or resellable digital products
Any other digitally delivered product

Once a digital product has been purchased, you receive access to the product or downloadable materials. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind, failure to use the product, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the format or content.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Digital Services

All payments made for digital services provided by Brit Hutchings Creative are also non-refundable.

Digital services may include, but are not limited to:

Website design
Branding design
Pinterest management
Social media services
Blogging
Marketing services
Digital strategy
Consulting
Content creation
Design services
Website or funnel setup
Other custom digital or creative services

Because time, planning, strategy, research, creative work, and scheduling are committed once a service is purchased or booked, no refunds will be provided for digital services.

If a client chooses to cancel a service after payment has been made, any amounts already paid will remain non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments.

Beginning a payment plan does not create a right to cancel remaining payments after receiving access to a digital product or after work on a digital service has begun.

Duplicate Purchases or Technical Issues

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us for assistance. A technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase through Brit Hutchings Creative, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

If you have a concern regarding a purchase, please contact Brit Hutchings Creative before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

Purchasing Agreement

By purchasing a digital product or digital service from Brit Hutchings Creative, you confirm that you have reviewed the product or service information and understand that:
